I am a professionally trained doula offering individualized services in East & Middle TN. Birth is a deeply personal & transforming journey for families. I believe that birth work is sacred work. All families deserve to have compassionate, evidence-informed care during the pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum period accessible to them. The role of a doula is meant to provide physical, emotional, and informational support throughout the birth experience. Doulas can provide support for any type of birth- unmedicated, medicated, home birth, birth center birth, and hospital births.
