Services are primarily available in East & Middle TN. On occasion, I am willing to venture out of my typical service range. Please contact me to ensure I can serve your specific area. Packages can be customized to meet your individual needs.
Cost is dependent on requested services. Because of my belief that doula care should be affordable, a sliding scale for fees and payment plans are available. Please contact for a quote and/or for more information.
Birth
The services provided in this package are 2 prenatal visits, access to childbirth education resources, physical and emotional support during labor & delivery up to 2 hours after birth, breastfeeding assistance, postpartum visit, and phone/email support.
Postpartum
This is a customizable package meant to serve families during the postpartum transition. I can provide information as well as support in postpartum recovery, infant care + feeding (breastfeeding or bottle feeding), promoting rest and nutrition as well as assist with light housekeeping. Overnight care can be made available upon request. Belly binding will be available later in the year.
Pregnancy
This includes two prenatal visits are to discuss birth options and planning with education and other resources offered. 24/7 phone support is available (limited after hours and on weekends unless urgent)
Pre-conception & Fertility
This includes one visit to discuss pregnancy planning and options.
Loss
I offer free services to families undergoing the devastating loss of their baby. This includes miscarriage, still birth, or a life-limiting prenatal diagnosis.
